Annual Renters must be tied down and skirted. No Deposit on Annual Renters. Furnished Mobile Home Rentals: 3 Months/1 Bedroom - $2625.00 3 Months/2 Bedroom - $3375.00 3 month minimum. $250.00 Deposit Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Charges in excess of 2 people are $2.00 each per day. Service Charge for Change in Occupancy: $20.00 Storage Fee - RV or Travel Trailers: $20.00/Mo. Children under 4 years no charge All Rates are Subject to Change Without Notice. A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold lot and will be refunded minus $25.00 if a request is made no later than October 1, 2006. Emergency cancellations will be considered on an individual basis. Annual Renters must be tied down and skirted within 30 days of placement. Management reserves the right to reject a reservation request and to utilize vacant spaces

• The monthly rate does not include electricity or cable. The electricity meter is read once a month and is to be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month.
• Only one car or truck is permitted per lot, except small car pulled by RV units. Rent of one lot does not permit infringing upon other lots.
• CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 NOON.
• Showers and Laundry Rooms are available 24 hours.

MOBILE HOME RATES

The mobile home area has 140 sites. The monthly rent is $200.00 per month, plus water usage. The rent and water is paid at the office between the 1st and 5th day. Each site is on CP&L Elecric and Southern Union Gas. These billings are paid direct by the mobile home resident. Residents of the mobile home area, provide their own mobile home. They are responsible for the mowing of their on lawns and the upkeep of flower beds and buildings at all times. Garbage pick-up is provided every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Residents furnish their own trash containers and place them at the curb by 7 AM on morning of pickup.

GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERD at the office and must be accompanied by a resident of the park. Children must be supervised at all times. No one under 16 years old are allowed to play pool.

#1-6 Mobile Home Lots - $180.00 per month plus water usage. Also due on the 1st of each month NO LATER than the 5th or on the 6th day a late charge of $10.00 will be added.
