Rent, water and electric is due and payable by the 1st of each month. Late Payment fee after the 5th day of the month : $10 on rent and $15 on electric

Rental tenant is responsible for electric & propane/gas. TV service is not furnished. Rental rates based on 1-2 person occupancy, $2 per day per additional guest with a maximum of 14 day stay. Non-refundable cleaning and pet fees additional.
Service Charge for Change in Occupancy: $20.00
A deposit of $250.00 is required to hold lot and will be refunded minus $25.00 if written request is made no later than October 1st. Emergency cancellations may be considered on an individual basis. No refunds for early departures after arrival.
Management reserves the right to reject a reservation request and to utilize vacant spaces.
The monthly rate does not include electricity or cable. The electric and water meters are read mid-month. Bills are in lobby by the 22nd of the month. Bills to be paid by the 1st of each month.
This is a senior park.
